Jewett Green
Jewett Green is a committee within the Jewett
Area Chamber of Commerce. The purpose of
Jewett Green is to improve the 'curb appeal'
of our area through landscaping, litter abatement,
and other beautification projects such as
trash pick-ups, collections, and education.
Through our volunteers and committee members,
we are going to try to create an environment
in which residents and businesses do more
than simply comply with city ordinances.
We want people to go above and beyond in
order to show off our town and take pride
in what we have here.
Jewett Green will work hand in hand with
the Jewett Area Chamber of Commerce, the
City of Jewett, the Jewett Economic Development
Corporation, and local business and citizenry
to accomplish its goals. Additionally, the
ideas of Jewett Green will compliment the
City's recycling program when it is introduced
later this year.
